Humanist Naming Ceremony in Cork

I was delighted to recently perform a Baby Naming Ceremony for Fiachra and his parents whose wedding I did a couple of years ago.

It was a wonderful day with lots of family and friends gathered in the Vienna Woods on the outskirts of Cork City. We had some music as people gathered then as our ceremony started we had promises from the Guide parents and parents to help Fiachra as he grows up.

We also had a wishes Jar so people could write down their wishes and advise for him as he grows up and that is a lovely keepsake for him.

Humanist Naming ceremonies are becoming more popular and I hope to be doing more as my pool of couples I have married continues to grow!
